Hello, I’m Jax - a creator, cook, and storyteller living in Jasper, Alberta. With a passion for the simple pleasures in life, I’ve built a life around creativity, community, and from-scratch cooking.

For over a decade, I’ve shared my love of food through recipes that celebrate fresh, wholesome ingredients. What started as a personal food blog has blossomed into a journey offering cooking classes, private chef experiences, and catering services - all with a focus on homemade goodness and gathering around the table.

My creativity extends beyond the kitchen into watercolour art, photography, writing, and media & marketing services - helping others tell their own stories through thoughtful design and visual storytelling. When I'm not cooking or creating, you'll find me exploring the Rocky Mountains with my husband, Mikey, and our St. Bernese pup, Ava - soaking in the beauty of nature that inspires everything I do.
